Every Monday, Cameron is taking steps to become who he believes he is meant to be. Throughout this journey, he allows filmmakers Ashley Lapin and Zhiyu Ivy Wang to find out who Cameron truly is. On the outside, people may see a friendly candy store clerk or a kid going for rides on his long board. But they will need to take a closer look to see who he is on the inside.
"I Love Mondays" is a short documentary produced by Ashley Lapin and Zhiyu Ivy Wang while in the graduate program at the Medill School of Journalism of Northwestern University. The film is a 2014 TV Academy Student Production Award (SPA) Nominee, from the producers of the Chicago/Midwest Emmy® Awards.
